Road rage pooper gets a wild plea deal to literally wipe her criminal record clean

The infamous 'Delco Pooper' who dropped a two on a stranger's car during road rage just scored a wild plea deal.

We cover a lot of bizarre road rage incidents, but absolutely nothing tops the sheer unhinged energy of the so-called 'Delco Pooper.' Back in April 2025, 44-year-old Christina Solometo went insanely viral after she was caught on camera literally defecating on another person's car during a heated traffic dispute in Prospect Park, Pennsylvania.

Well, the legal consequences have finally arrived, and she is getting off surprisingly light. According to recent court documents, Solometo has been accepted into a pre-trial diversion program designed for first-time, non-violent offenders.

Instead of doing hard time for her public squat session, she has been handed 24 months of probation, 64 hours of community service, and some undoubtedly much-needed anger management classes. But the absolute best part of the judge's ruling is the social media ban. Solometo has been legally ordered to stop engaging with internet comments about the incident, meaning her days of defending her roadside bathroom break online are officially over. She also has to cough up forty dollars a month while on probation.

Thanks to the deal, her charges for disorderly conduct, harassment, criminal mischief, and the incredibly specific crime of 'depositing waste on a highway' were completely thrown out. She is only taking the hit for one count of indecent exposure. If she manages to follow the rules, attend her classes, and keep her pants on in traffic for the next two years, the entire messy ordeal will be wiped from her criminal record forever.
