A 23-year-old Victorville man has been arrested after a disturbing prank involving a teddy bear made to look like it was wrapped in human flesh triggered a law enforcement response outside a convenience store on Sunday. The bizarre incident happened just after noon at the AMPM on Bear Valley Road in Victorville, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
